This is a Divine time to connect with your emotional Heart.. your One Heart..to open it wide and turn on your side and allow everything to pour out..to empty your One Heart out completely..Open the front and open the back and open your One Heart like a big full Moon.. and then release..release release release…release the past…dense stuck energy..if it is heavy..release like sand..like salt..flowing and pouring down down down to Mother Earth.. if it is thick..release like mercury.. release like oil..pouring from a spout..if it is thin..release like liquid.. like water..like tears draining from the pain..release and breathe and release again..

Words and ideas open doorways to places..they are blessings..or curses..they live forever..they convey our Hearts desires..and then there is the place beyond words..maybe when your Heart sings the truth..so pure..so sweet..so unconditionally..full of love..that is when it is met by another who sings the same song..and it is done without words..I don’t have all the answers..but I do know love is the only answer I have to every question.. 

There is the space deep within my Heart that feels so much peace.. contentment and love..I honor this space as it’s taken me some time to finally find it.. but it is here within me..it is beautiful and the Universe reflects it back..
